The U-Turn app is an online alcohol and drug addiction recovery program for ETU members. It features:
1) Daily check ins so you and your counsellor can monitor your ongoing health and wellbeing and to help identify triggers and flashpoints
2) A weekly aftercare program of educational resources and activities
3) Location and activity check ins to record events and meetings
4) Weekly meditation videos
5) One-on-one live video counselling sessions
6) Emergency contacts and useful online resources
The app provides ETU members with a comprehensive program of daily therapeutic activities as well as weekly counselling that enables users to identify issues and take action to change. All activities can be facilitated from the comfort and privacy of your own home. All ETU members receive free access to the app.
